We are happy to announce that Pius Isabirye, our Founder and Team Leader, has been officially selected as an International Youth Change Maker (IYCM) Ambassador for 2025–2026.
This remarkable achievement places him among a cohort of visionary youth leaders from around the world who are working to create lasting impact through community service, advocacy, and alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
About the IYCM Program
The International Youth Change Maker (IYCM) initiative, founded in Bangladesh, is a youth-led global platform that nurtures and supports changemakers to lead solutions in areas such as:
- Climate justice
- Mental health and life skills education
- Children’s rights
- Gender equality
- Volunteerism and youth empowerment
The IYCM Ambassador program brings together outstanding individuals from over 75 countries, representing a global movement of over 30,000 registered youth changemakers committed to transforming their communities.

As Team Leader of Comrades to Youths Africa, Pius has continuously championed youth empowerment, environmental conservation, and grassroots education through our programs:
- Students Empowerment
- Sustainability Education
- Play4Change Sports for Inclusion

Pius’s Role as an IYCM Ambassador
Over the next year, Pius will:
– Represent Uganda in global youth development initiatives
